We check photo id(s), verifiable income (...Call for info or see checklist on
application checklist...), evictions and convictions. We will not accept any
computer generated letters for verification of income. Section 8 is not accepted.

If interested in any Rental or Rent-To-Own property, applicant(s) will need
to come to the office, fill out an application and satisfy the above
requirements. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required before an
application can be checked. Upon approval applicant(s) can leave a deposit and
sign the lease to hold the house for up to 30 days* with regular deposit.
*With deposit specials only 15 days.
Money Orders and cashier's
checks accepted for payment only for new applicants. (NO CASH, DEBIT
or CREDIT CARDS accepted for
application fees, deposits or first month's rent).

Renting the Property
Leases are for one year. After one year the lease automatically goes month
to month and the rent generally stays the same. Tenants are required to maintain
their yard (water once a week, cut the grass, trim the bushes, pick up trash,
etc.), replace A/C filters monthly, and call-in any necessary maintenance.
It's easy! Bring in the application, id(s),
proof of verifiable income defined on the application checklist, application fee, deposit and sign the
lease to move in (if the house is move in ready)!
