Attractions and Things to do in Richardson

  • Tour the beautiful campus of University of Texas at Dallas. It was founded in 1969 and began as a collection of research stations in a North Texas cotton field. Today, more than 3,500 students are pursuing further educations within its walls.
  • Known as Richardson’s first craft brewery, Four Bullets Brewery offers pints of many flavors and a great, laid-back atmosphere to relax. From food trucks to oversized Jenga and tours from its own brew master, Four Bullets Brewery is the place to be on the weekend (or weekday if you’re feeling crazy!).
  • At more than 499 luscious acres, Breckenridge Park is the largest of its kind in Richardson. It features 12 soccer fields, 2 softball field, four-and-a-half miles of hiking trails, picnic tables, pavilions and so much more. Kids can enjoy the playgrounds, and the fur babies are welcome, too. Open 365 days a year, Breckenridge Park is a serene escape from the lights and noise of the city.
